BladeForge provides custom web design and development services to businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal prior to commencing work.

Late payments beyond 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Florida Statute § 55.03.
Upon receipt of full payment, BladeForge transfers full ownership of the final deliverables to the client. This includes the website design, code, and associated assets created specifically for the project.
BladeForge retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (stock images, licensed fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

Pricing shown on this site is indicative. Final project pricing is confirmed in your written project agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, BladeForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
